Reading the e-mail tax thread gave me the idea of a great way to stop future manatee legislation. When they introduce a pro-cow bill start posting warnings that they are going to tax e-mail and give the pro-cow bill number for a reference. Thousands of people will e-mail/phone/write opposing the bill without ever actually reading it.

It could be our secret weapon!
