From My spy in the Sky (Ron P) in chopper above

Typhoon had a 200 yd lead on Wild Card. Took some big air, Tripped Stuffed and spun out. All is on film. Glenn and Randy are ok.

Very exciting first race.... more later

Not really. Hokus Pokus had some problems and Imco was trailing Wild Card. Wild Card had some problems with their ballast tank release cable. Wild Card held a pretty good lead though

But they didn't have the phone # for the "spy in the sky" That's pretty impressive to get info on OSO before you get it from the live broadcast. Can't wait to see some of Rons pictures.
