I have enjoyed over 2 months off down here in sunny florida, I think I will go back to work now, I need to make a few bucks to get a new nor-tech. so if you see me spending too much time online, kick me off and tell me to get back to work.

Why? Work is no fun!

Good luck with the new job. Time off like that is always reinvigorating.

Jason,
I guess I'll be monitoring your threads now.
Could you also send me a weekly time card just to make sure?
Get busy and we'll keep a slot open for you.

Jason, Just keep buying up property in that area, Hold on to them for a couple years then flip them. You will have enough to buy a couple of those Nor-techs
