How do I ad more than 12 pictures?
Also how do I place those fancy descriptions, that look like web pages?

easiest way is with your own web-hosting for the pics and use HTML to do the fancy ad thing..easiest thing is to make it in something like dreamweaver or frontpage, then copy and paste it into the listing and be sure to preview before its posted
