I'm looking form someone who has pullies in stock. Summit, Jegs were no go.

Holley only had one P/n 6694 in stock (3.75" upper 16 rib). I need 2. I will use my 6.0" lower.

The other idea is a 6.5" lower and 4.0" upper.

Any ideas?

Call Teague in California. I think he picked up the Superchiller parts. Superchiller provided the smaller pulley I have for my Merc/Holley-Wieand 256 blower.
