getting ready
#3
I did a lot of research on the engine mounting system. The offshore mounts I used were from merc and are the same as they use on the 575. Once in place they can not move. The force of the torque is tranferred against the counter rotational torque of the other engine. Takes a lot of stress off the stringers.
The last engine was Dyno'd today after my long dilemma with Holley trying to find pullies. They have not had any besides their basic ones for a month and they still do not know when they will get them in. I don't know how they will stay in business.
Waiting on my new Revolution Marine oil coolers which should be in on Wednesday. If all goes well I'll have it in this weekend.

I'll definately be at Kelly's if all goes well. You may want to drop by Kevin's place. Good guy to know...especially about Baja's.
PM me for details.
