What's a station owner make on a gallon anyways? It seems like a lot might be making most on their inside convenience store sales. Just curious if anybody knows. We have a local station that "pretends" that the outside card readers are not working during busy periods to bring folks in the place to buy a few extra "goods". Worked about once for me before figuring it out! Also, do the Saudi's own all our gas stations too or is it just in my area?

I filled up Mon at the truck stop at 280 and the Turnpike for $1.97 for 89. They also set the pump so it would not keep shutting off every $50.00
