All it would take is a "fleet" of these "home-made" tractors in a major city and it's curtains. You never know what to look out for. How about those missing propane trucks down South? At least they were reported. This guy was a one manned terrorist operation and the authorities should have had a shoulder fire missile in a SWAT truck and stopped him instantly. What does this tell potential terrorists who read this and laugh. Homeland security is more than a bunch of speeches and an " orange" warning to go along with it. We can't even stop a darned tractor.
