Whew, I was hoping this was not a post about a shop in Clearwater called "Florida Outdrive Specialist". I bought a "rebuilt" alpha one from then a couple years ago and it was TOTAL junk. It had U joint knocks since day one and I found it had a hammered out drive yoke. After LOTS of *****ing and threats they fixed that . When I took the top cap off , the upper gears were pitted badly from salt water intrusion. Gears are surface hardened and it last about a year. I don't even know if they are still in business but stay away from them for sure. My 2 Cents.
