I do not know about the specific ones you mention, however, I would use the correct ID PVC pipe cut to length and available in short lengths from Hardware store, Home Depot, Lowes etc. You may find colors as well. my $.02

Not a bad idea, really don't need to spend a lot, just want to protect them when the props are off.
