Fred has raised the bar in "customer service" as far as I'm concerned. There are a lot of great great people, especially here on OSO to deal with, it's just that with me, I think Fred went beyond the norm.

Besides, his tee shirts are "too cool".....

I think it's awsome that fred get's rave reviews from his customers again and again... and i'm sure fred will admit that allthough it takes time , good costomer service really isn't that hard to mantain, you just have to care enough!!!! TOO Bad more business aren't like That!!!!!!!!! i will definately be calling in the future too!
