For 2005 does anyone know if they changed the body like the pick ups or up graded the power?

I wish they would offer the Suburban 2500 with the Duramax/Allison combo. I have a 2500 Suburban now and LOVE it exept for the gas engine.

There will only be a "refreshen";

That means the same body with a different grill.

The Suburban body will not fit the Allison Transmission in the tunnel area so no diesel on the GMT 800. I don't even know if it will be available onthe 900 due out in 2007.

I heard there are aftermarket conversions, but NOT cheap.
