Default Smartcraft setup

Has anyone purchased a Smartcraft setup for their boat. How much is the unit, wiring harness etc. I have a 525EFI and am curious what the costs would be and where is the best place to buy one. Thanks.

Very curious about this too. What do I have to purchase aside from the guages themselves, (bezels), and how does the cabling work from the dash to the engines themselves? Do the guages themselves need a separate power lead? I have twin 496HOs.

The kit will run you about $1,100.00 - $1,200.00 dollars without installation.

I paid around $350 per 4" round monitor. I think the data cable was around $60.

The data cable plugs into the motor and then to the monitor. Simple and cheap.

I believe that Livorski carries the parts on a dealer basis. Maybe Fred can cut you some slack. (?)

Sorry. I thought you were talking about the SC5000 display.

OK, here's the deal. I ordered the Livorsi SC1000 setup from Fred. It is the Merc system with livorsi displays and various color gauges, fits all standard bezels, etc. The color matched my Fountain gauges perfectly. Fred cut me an excellent deal and the items were delivered in 3 business days standard delivery. Hookup to my Merc 6.2 MPI's was a snap with one exception. If you have a twin engine setup you need a special diagnostic tool to tell the system it has two engines! If you have one engine, it is completely foolproof and automatic. The reason I know this is I hooked up just one engine and it worked perfectly. Unreal amount of information presented in a great format...hooked up my NEMA output from my Garmin 182C and had even more info...read the system description on the Merc website. Still working on the diagnostic tool issue and will give you all a report when resolved.
