Default 7.4L to 496 Repower/Upgrade

My 1992 Checkmate Enforcer 230, with a 330 HP 7.4L recently experienced head gasket failure and water intrusion. At 515 hours it's begining to seem like an a power upgrade is an attractive option rather than a rebuild. I am considering a new 375 HP 496 or even the 496 HO but I have a few concerns about how difficult this swap will be.

Can a 1992 Bravo 1 drive accept and handle the HO or even the 496 Mag?

Will a new wiring harness be necessary?

Any other suprise got-yas?

Did it and love it. Everything should bolt right up and plug right in . The only suprise is the power difference. I would go with the HO.
