36' Catalina. Very unlikely to "pitch, pole vault, barrel roll, stuff, ass-over-appetite, and launch its passengers and driver half-way to the moon and back?" especially at 4 knots.

You'll also note that it is a T2x-approved no-step design. Of course, Catalina is located west of the Rockies, so it must be inherently unstable. Or maybe the lack of steps cancels out the west coast location?
