I would say a scam

I've never gotten a popup while on OSO before, that's why I ask.... and it wasn't really a popup... it appeared over on the left side of the screen.... where the adds normally are. That's why I'm asking. Otherwise I would have just deleted it. It's from Offercash.com and they want my email address.

Did not come from us. This site will close before it ever has pop-ups, they are the most obnoxious thing ever. I hear there are some virus's around that place some nasty pop-up bombs on your computer. Are you sure you did not hit a link in someones post to a site that might have triggered it?

I'm affraid you may have spy or ad ware installed on your computer. You will receive these pop-ups regardless which site you're on until you get rid of it.
