Default ATV Transport needed from Boston area to Milwaukkee

Looking for someone to transport an ATV from Boston area to Milwaukee area.
Will pay gas and time. I'm just very surprised at the cost that I am finding to ship this thing. Don't take me wrong. I understand fuel cost. I own a boat. But, its a parts ATV and the shipping cost so far, are more than I paid for the ATV (Ebay purchase). The seller is not willing to put it on a pallet and take it to a freight terminal. Any help would be great.

Bill

PS-yea, if they won't take it to a freight terminal, then a residental pickup will be outrageous. Sometimes, they'll do a pickup from a commercial location for the same cost as a residental one though. Can he get the atv to a commercial location?

Try contacting Waterfoul. He has a engine coming off the east coast-but that too may be coming by truck freight.

Finally, maybe some east coast member could pick the unit up and get it to the terminal/commercial location for you.
