And you guys thought only race boats slide in turns....
This is a WWII 80', 50 ton, PT Boat doing high speed maneuvers near the old ELCO plant in Bayonne, N.J. sometime in 1943.

I almost wonder is something didn't fall over and was being dragged. Maybe they dropped the anchor?
