Well...it finally happened. Ron picked up his boat from Pantera last week (without a prop
) and took Diane and I out for a quick hop today. The boat ran well and was solid in the LI Sound slop. Ron...thanks for a ride in your spiffy new boat
Here's Ron, his wife Jackie, and friend Lauren.

Congrats Ron!! That is great to see. Hope you enjoy the boat for a long time.
I posted on the other thread that I have a Labbed 26 Bravo that you are welcome to try. I may need to keep it so not sure if it would be for sale. I plan on putting my motor in the 28 in a couple of weeks. Let me know if you'd like to test with this prop for now.
You have my email address. Congratulations, be safe and Full Throttle!!

Hey Guys:
It was a fun day...really sloppy though. The wife needs a sport bra though when tackling that stuff(ha-ha). Had 5 on board and couldn't get it too airborne. I have to get my wife used to riding on top of the waves. With time she will do just fine. She took the helm on Friday and was buzzing doing 55. She feels better behind the wheel.
Will post some more pics soon.

Ron - what a coincidence running into you and Steve out there
That boat looks even better in person than it does in the pictures! It was a little choppy out there - we spent more time in the air than we did in the water!

Hey Indy & JROMY:
It was great getting together yesterday in Norwalk and nice meeting your women. Although it was sloppy, boating sure takes away all the pressures of everyday life. Wasn't it just ironic when we bumped into Anthony Mone!! He put in across from where we were having lunch. I hope his friend Scott finished the run without feeling ill!! When I get some time I'll post some pics.
