Default Anyone have experience putting up pre-fab steel buildings?

I'm looking into a new venture and would like some help with these types of buildings. Who to contact, costs, building options, insulation, shipping, contructing, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I work with a General Contractor that sales and install Star Buildings.[premanufacturing metal buildings] Contact Starbuildings.com and ask for a contractor or district Sales Rep. in tour area. Cost is competitive with conventional construction. Options are just about unlimited. Insulation up to R22 or more in walls and roof. They go up in a hurry. Maintenance free basically. We have had a 35-40 % increase in price of steel since Jan 04. Leveled off somewhat now.

We erect steel buildings, and you are in our back yard, email me on your specs and size you want.

I've been wanting a garage apartment / shop at my home. Anybody build a metal building that looks like a barn? BH

Pure Energy, I don't know if this is what you are looking for. I built this Building for a specific purpose. To secure my Boats in a Warehouse that can withstand sustained winds of 170mph and gusts to 210! we just went through a Typhoon this week. If this is something along what you are thinking I can provide you with more information!

I also have a steelmaster building for my boat storage. Snow load is like 110 lbs per foot. Very strong buildings. LOTS of work to put together. Easy but lots and lots of fasteners.
