Default stupid question

I pulled my props off to check and lube the shafts and I am about ready to put them back on..

I have a pair of regular Bravo 1 drives.. Which prop goes on which drive, I want them to turn inward.. I guess what I need to know is what direction do the shafts turn when it is in forward. then I could figure that out.

THANKS

If you have counter rotating engines, your port(left)engine will be your Right Hand rotation prop.

Turning Outward
RH prop on starboard - LH prop on port

Inward rotation
LH prop on starboard - RH on port

It is your choice 'cause the bravo can be turned either direction.
But like Julie said right turns clockwise and left turns c-clockwise. OR tops out.

Yes, a "right handed" prop turns clockwise from the rear in order to go forwards.

With Bravo's it is purely your choice as to whether you want them to turn IN or OUT. All you gotta do is change the shifter linkage if it is backwards.

Your boat will perform and handle differently IN versus OUT. Both at speed and around the docks. Try it both ways to determine which you prefer.
