Bill, the statutes are available online. Is it real property?

YES, Real property with a twist. Have the property (40' Boat) in my possession (since February), no owner to be found and no payment for services, products and no idea what state the boat is titled in.

I think there is a way to get a new title in Florida. Go to the tag office and ask. I titled a boat that I didn't have any history on one time.
