I recently bought a 24 daytona with the following engine specs. Could someone run the build through Desktop Dyno to get me a ballpark curve on HP and torque?
Mark V 454 Merc 4-bolt main block with Std. Bore
J/E forged pistons with 9.8 to 1 comp.
ISKY Cam model RR-275/284 hyd roller
adv 275/284 @ .05 228/238
.553/.578
108 ICL
114 LSA
Square Port Std GM Heads
Hardin Marine Dart copy single plane intake manifold
Merc 500-HP 800 CFM Marine Holley
Mallory Magnetic Marine Dist set at 34 degree total advance
Stock 1996 Merc Mark V Magnum Exhaust manifolds
Thanks

Thanks for running the numbers. This is very good info for me as I was trying to get a base line and am looking at adding headers. I am thinking I should be around 450 to 475HP now and would like to get to 500HP. It looks like a good set of true headers might get me there.
Any suggestions from the forum on resonable $ mods to push me up over 500HP reliably. No blowers for the time being due to runnin 9.8 to 1 compression.
