Default Anyone do shipping from FL to MD?

I'm looking at a fiberglass hard-top panel which is in FL and I need it in MD. It's 80"x114" so much too big for UPS. I've used ABF freight for a lot of stuff in the past, but their quote for moving this is about $450, would like to find something around half that to make it worthwhile.

Thanks - Greg

GregP, You may just want to buy it and wait a little while. In the next few months, LOTS of trucks will be running up and down I-95 taking boats to Florida; including mine and BobbyB's. This would be your cheapest bet.

Greg,
I have an empty Dually truck and 41ft trailer going from Miami to the Hamptons on Monday. Give me a call----1-414-349-8567 today.

Tommy,

Thanks, but I don't know if I can get it ready that fast. They were still "digging out" from the hurricanes when I talked with them this morning. I'm guessing it would take at least a week for them to catch up enough to get me the pics, and if it checks out then to get it crated. I'll give them a call and see if it could make that kind of schedule just in case.

Greg,

I have a few shipping contacts down here, But I am not sure if they would be any less than the quote you already have.
