Question Cigarette Tiger owners

I hope there is a Cigarette Tiger in my near future but I am a little concerned about the Bravo drives on these big boats. I want a TS with at least 575 SCI´s or bigger motors but I fear it will cost the same in Bravo´s as it costs in fuel to run. What is your experience with this. I would prefere #6 drives but as far as I know only the new X Tigers come with #6 drives and at 400.000$ they are way out of my league. I could also chose a non step boat but I just feel that 800 - 900 HP blowermotors needs to be rebuild too often.

Let me hear all your opinions on this to help me make the right choice.

Thanks

Cigaretteman

Bravo XR's (not Bravo one's) on 575 Twin Step should be no problems, check the topcap screws every 5 hours on the left turning one specialy they tend to loosen up.
I would get that combo anyday and twice on Sunday. Don't go over 3000 rpm till your on plane and enjoy your new rig with stock power.

PS: I want pics of those 6' tall and lean Dane women on that rig of yours.

Hi GL

Long time no talk ! I have been extremely bussy for a long time so I haven´t been on here much. I will be in south Florida from october 29th to november 25th going to the races in Key West and maby shoping for a boat. Are you gonna be in Key West I?it would be very nice to meet you !

How many hours have you put on the Tiger this season ? I am glad to hear that the xr´s are fine for the boat I always thought they where too weak.

PS No such pictures if you meet my better half you will know why.

Best regards

Jesper

Can I get one of your time machines? If I had one I think I would actually get some boating done this summer

For What Its Worth, My Neighbor Just Blew An Xr On A 2004 42 Tiger With 100 Hours. Supposedly Life Expectancy Is 200 Hours If You Rotate Drives At 100 Hours - Personally I Wouldnt Be Too Happy,
But Hey Thats Go-fast Boating.
