How to celebrate Fall

First day of fall...high 84*...light winds in South Jersey...what to do
How about a 104 mile lunch run ,
Had to slow for several debris fields left over from "Ivan"

It don't get much better than this . Most of the trip the water was like glass.

Dude I can't imagine even going out in that crap. Risking busting a drive, prop or even more. I'm not moving my heap until that crap clears out.

Chesapeake City bridge in Chesapeake City Maryland over the C & D canal. High , isn't it? And a single lane in each direction

Well , five of us have been trying to do this trip for the last three Wednesdays(my wife works for a Dr and they're off on Weds). So it was sunny , mild , low humidity....just had to keep a sharp look out. I was down to idle speed on a few occasions.
