Anyone need a job in the Lansing MI area.
Looking for a property manager. It would be for 35 units.
If anyone has a son that goes to State it might be a decent job for them. I don't have a lot of detail yet. Still working things out.
Also does anyone know of a reputable contracter in that area ? Mostly for minor repairs.

Would I have to live there full time? Or could I visit 3 times a week or so? Be on call?
I might be interested if it was part time/weekends. It's only an hour or less from where I live.
