rabco were originally center console, but i have never heard of close deck or anything close to that. i don't know how well they are at all never ridden one.

There were built in St. Petersburg, Florida. They were built pretty stong but were pretty heavy too. Had a buddy that had one ... they certainly did not skimp on the wood!

Check out "SeaRace", You'll see a pic of Randy Rabe in his " Rabco" Raceboat! Older "Powerboat" mag's had his ad's also. Alot of history on this boat.
