I am a part owner of a building in Morristown and need a commercial appraiser. The one our attorney tried to hire wanted $2,800 for an appraisal. Here in Cali, that would be outragoues to charge for the size of this building.
I wanted to know if anyone here on OSO had any references for an appraiser before I start looking myself.
