Cabin headliner need help

What do you use for headliner?
I think that it stretch carpet but where do you buy it?Or do you guys and gals have any other ideas that would work?

A freind of mine is changing his in a Z33 Donzi with the quarter inch foam backed vinyl. I'm going to change out the "fur" in my boat with the same thing.
