Cockpit cover for a 340 Vyper?

It is made of red Aqualon (water and dust proof), it is still in the shipping bag. The snaps have not been attached; therefore you can have fit you boat 100% perfect. I'll sell it cheap. The factory charges about $1000 for a new one. Make me an offer.
