Yeah, it is sweet! Can't wait for the SVT version... not to mention the aftermarket guys. Roush has a version on the way to market - killer! Can you say "Eleanor" with modern-day performance and reliability and withOUT the big $$$ tag!

No SVT version, no 2005 (and maybe beyond) SVT vehicles at all.

I definately like the new stang, maybe not in that color. I didn't like the 1999-2004 models, but I like the older ones and these new ones. i bet it would look sweet in black. I can't believe there is no Cobra or SVT, what kind of chit is that. Here is a pic of my '94 I just sold.

Under the hood of every S281 is a high-performance 4.6-liter V8 engine. In the 3-Valve model this engine produces 325 horsepower. In, the supercharged S281 SC the horsepower leaps to 400. And for the S281 E, which will be introduced next spring, the engine produces a mind-boggling 500 horsepower. Now you know why the E in the name stands for Extreme.
"E" is the way to go!!!

I like those HP #'s, but I'm not sure I like what Saleen did in the looks dept. They took away two of the retro styling elements that I thought were cool...the "Torque Thrust" style wheels, and the driving lights in the grill.
It's still a cool car, but I think I'd like the Saleen engine & suspension mods, with a stock exterior. (And maybe the seats..every Mustang I've ever been in has crappy seats, with the exception of my Buddy's Saleen with Recaros)
