To get anywhere near 700 hp you will have to go with a bigger blower (671/420 or so) the small B&M makes a better heat pump than a supercharger when you try to spin it fast enough to produce the numbers you are looking for.
A set of forged flat tops, mildly ported rectange port GM heads and a 671 set up for 6-7 lbs on a Superchiller and a decent hyd. roller cam will give you what you need.
...just my .02

The 174 blower you have is almost too small for your cu in engine. The 700 hp goal can be easily obtained if you go to a 671 or comparable supercharger. The 174 can only make 4-5 psi on a 500cubic in engine and that is turned up (more heat). Best of luck with your project.
