I am purchasing a new intercom system. The last one i had was Racing Communications. It almost never worked right. The music played through the system about 1/3 the time. Wind noise was constant. I had to have the wires replaced abut 5 times and the unit had to be repaired several times as well. Who has the best system?

I'm shopping now, and so is a friend of mine; been looking at the David Clark systems - anybody used them? Ideas, thoughts? Let's hear some input - are the throat mics worth the trouble vs. the boom mics?

You need to ask NautiKitty. I think he uses a Tiger system and has got them dialed in. He can make the install for you or sell you all the stuff you need to do it right. There are a few tricks that he does to insure that you can actually hear the music and patch in the VHF. I have the same problem with my racing comm. system and will be changing to one of Parn's system soon.
