Try this, I had too.

When you get the new Reg, down below for "lost password" put your user name and it IS case sensitve which is had not been before ( I don't think) click submit and you should get a confirmation they info has been sent to your email address. I kept getting "invalid username) then found that the correct case had a "R".

Once you get it, you cna log in, but you can't change the password yet since you have a non alpha character in your user name.

If that made any sense, I hope it works. It just did for me finally....
