I think the owner is just about had it ,the main restaurant was burned to the ground last year.He just got it up and running not to long ago.the county of Sarasota gave him allot of **** with permits and his docks.I would guess that after the fire he could have sold to some developer but he rebuilt instead.Now they wont leave the poor bastard alone.

this is just my take on it all,I don't know if any of it is true.I will call the restaurant today to find out.

Sadly, I doubt there's much we can do. Money talks...
