Just wondering, does anyone ever go to the Grand Rapids boat show? Seems strange that it is only listed as being a 1 day event.

i guess if i looked closer it says michigan. it's usally tue. - sun. in the past. never many hot rods.

How about the Detriot show? A little better?

i think the detroit is a little better but i have not been to that one in 4 years.
the grand rapids show is better now then in the past we have a new convention center here that is very nice.

I might come up and do some job prospecting...

formula: be sure to check out west michigan. we live in north ada 10 miles ne of grand rapids. lots of woods great school district. pulling the boat about a 45 min ish ride to lake michigan & hardy dam which is about 17 miles long. lake michigan is great!

F-1, what type of work are you looking for?

Crazyhorse, I went to college for 5 years just to wind up working the last 13 years in Finance and Sales Management at a car & boat dealership! So, I will most likely look for work in the same field up in the GR area. I would much prefer the Boating industry over the car industry. That's why I figured I could hit both the GR show and Detriot show while I'm up there. Keep in touch about the show, it would be fun to get together! As long as I don't loose sight as to why I went in the first place!
