Holy cow. There is a new toy in the nighborhood. Today a 125' Palmer Johnson pulled up behind this $15 million mansion. The boat is amazing. I found the link to it.

That's what $ 10 million in loose pocket change buys.

Upkeep costs on those big toys are roughly 10% of the value.

Lot's of legitimate money in Miami.
