Looking for Boat Molds? Mold Graveyard?
#1
I am looking for molds for a client of mine. He wants to start a sportfishing boat business, but would like to start with the molds from previously produced and popularized design. Right now we are looking at a few Phoenix, Jersey, Allmand and Bertram molds.
I am looking for anything out there from about a 27'-65' express fishing boat or convertible that could be converted with a different deck.
What happened to all of these molds? All of the out of production boats? I know its a little off topic here, but help me out, one of you Miami boys has to know where all the old stuff is hiding. By the way, how about all the old Cigarette molds . . . or the Performer molds, or the Squadron molds, or the Blue Thunder molds . . . I love this old stuff!

I know Mike through a friend, he's got a couple I'm looking at now.
I want to be able to present my client with a very large variety of options, so I am wondering what else is out there!
