I would use an Edge box , 4" stainless exhaust , and an AFE stage 2 air box . Unfortunately you can't get the edge with attitude monitor yet you really pump the power , but the standard edge works GREAT !

Check out Bullydog. If you are going to tow I would stay on the mild side because of exhaust gas temperature. I would do the following: air intake, mild reprogram (65-100hp) and stainless exhaust 4" or 5". Even at that power level it is not a bad idea to monitor exhaust temps.

Talk to Keith at Diesel Dynamics in Las Vegas. They are owned by Edge and have some bad ass cummins going in and out of their shop, and it must be something for me to say that as I'm a big Chevy guy and love beating up on the Come-aparts.
