I'll still get it, I don't know why, I barely thumb through it anymore, I never read their cookie cutter boat tests anymore, Teague on Tech is about the only thing I read. The unbiased information here on OSO is way faster and you get real world opinions and facts from many different sources.

I signed up for 3 years for 45 bucks at the Daytona race in 2002. I figured that's a good deal, 1.25 per issue, so what the hell. When it soon expires, I don't think I'll be renewing.
It comes in the mail and all I see is OLD NEWS from OSO 3 months ago.
The boat tests are worthless and I don't know many people who give a damn about the ski boat they test each month.

Now that Extreme boats magazine seems to have the kinks worked out they have all the coverage I need. It is nice to see the new boat coverage in the other rag but it is to few and far between. They don't want any money from nit-wits anyway

Let it run out last year. The only boating mags I get are Boating (and that runs out soon) and Extreme Boats Magazine.

My girlfriend just got me a subscription for Valentines day. She must have gotten it out of one of my prior ones ( I buy it once in a while from the newstand if it has something in it I want to read). She also just renewed (for 2 yrs) my PRA for Christmas. I like a girl who knows what to get me!!!
