I've bought 3 repo's, you just have to realize what you getting into!! I have had to completely redo one boat, motors only in one and Interior in another. It seems to work for me, but I enjoy working on my boats!! Some people don't, thats fine to, but there is no way I could afford this recreation sport that I LOVE so much if I bought new and paid someone else to work on everything.

Asking me what sites are best??? I only found one on the internet and it actually was on Boattrader.com. As for the other two, one came from a Car Auction (I have a friend that is a dealer and called me from the auction) the other was a add that alot of people wouldn't have called on because it sounded too cheap. I called and found out it was going back if he didn't sell it that week, after I drove two states to look at the boat I bought it under what he owed and he had to get a friend to cover the difference so I could take the boat out of state.

-There are a lot of good web sites just do a search for them and then do you research, research, research!!!
-Get a survey
-Move Fast, the good deals don't last!! Get you money ready and be ready to jump!!
-Best thing is have an idea of the boat that you want and look for it.
