I saw the first ever public viewing of the movie in Atlanta at the national meetings. I really enjoyed it, it was like the Rudy of racing. It has renewed interest because the star of the movie played Jesus in "the Passion of the Christ" as well as Mary McCormick. Not great...but good
Will be released according to them April 22nd

It has major flaws for this forum.
1. There are no overpriced hulls or engines involved.
2. Don Aronow is not mentioned in it.
3. It took place in the 60's, however, all of the boats have steps, therefore, it's unrealistic because Fountain hadn't invented steps yet.
4. No one is wearing any bling
5. There is no T&A and everyone knows that real racers need girls with boob jobs.
6. There is no "Duval crawl" and everyone knows that real performance boaters have to drink and party like first time frat members.
7. None of the boats had a paint job worth over $1000.00
8. There was only one driver in each boat..... no navigator....no throttleman...... no GPS
All in all ............. a real snorer.........
