If you can try to deal direct w/ Dan Jenkins(owner), he will eliminate all the B.S. and make you a deal. They had a 04 38PQ w/ 525's for $185k at the detroit show, a pretty good deal. It was sitting next to a Cig topgun w/ same power that was $499k

Hey Jim, it was fun partying with you and Mary at the Riu.
So what is the next boat? Did you get any rides?? I was lucky to score a ride on a sweet 49 Hustler EC with triple Yanmars and surface drives. Joe blasted it (with 10 aboard) up to 60 in the middle of Governers Cut at one point. Claims a top end of 70. Wow! Bill and Bob lucked into a ride on a 39 TG with 850's and went into triple digits on the GPS.
Our fav....the 43 Nortech. Only $400K....

Mack, nice to put a face on a name, enjoyed exchanging experiences with you and your wife. Sounds like you two scored a big one. We got out on a 38' Formula with twin 525"s. Very nice, real smooth and no wobble at the upper speeds. It ran in the upper 70's. Next year I have to get a ride on one of the triple digit rides.
Next boat will probably be a 38 PQ with lots of equipment, hp 500's or better and wild graphics. However Mary want's a 43' Black Thunder, OUCH Don't think the check book can Handel that one.
Came home to 6" of snow on the driveway and it was still snowing. Today it's all the way up to 30. Counting the days till splash down
Any one else in your group making a change?

Performancemary,
Sounds like you guys had a good time at the show
Me and my wife are planning on going next year
We have never been before, what do you have to do to get a ride on a boat at the show?

PerformanceMary,
Tom is new to the board so I am helping him out. He is approved and looking to pick that boat up next weekend. Call him and tell him about your boat. He might like it better. What year is yours?
Tom 910-376-0375
Thanks,
Mat

While I was at the St Louis show yesturday I was talking to BlackThunder and they mentioned that they had traded for a 2002 38 PQ with 575sc, with ac and on a trailer, and were looking to sell it. It might be something you are looking for and they also stated that they would take a trade for it if you needed.
Good luck on your new boat "quest" Rich.
