Ted (deceased) is the father of Ron Jones Sr. Ron is the designer and builder of most of todays Unlimited Hulls, including our Miss Madison/Oh Boy O Berto). The boat in the advertisement is a rare boat indeed. The Jones family designed/or built very few outboard tunnel hulls. They built/designed equally few sterndrive ET hulls. Their business has primarily been inboard hydroplanes, first of wood and today of composites. Ted Jones was the builder of the SloMo which held the Unlimited KILO reocrd for a number of years. If you want to look furtherinto this particular boat, Ron Jones Sr. lives in Seattle and is still real sharp.
