#1
Wanted some facts
2000 fountain with twin 500efi, bravo drives
2000 Hustler slingshot with the same power and drives.
Which rides better, faster. Anything else that should be considered?

Almost all of the Hustlers listed for sale with 500 EFI's say 83-84 mph.
A friend test drove a 2000 388 that LCM has and it ran 84 with 500's.

I do not know about the Fountain numbers but I know my buddy has a 1998 with 500HP carb motors and it would run 84.5 in the summer with the family and coolers every day. I hear the 500 EFI make about 30 more HP that the carb motors.
The Fountains with the single & twin step are suppose to be much faster than the non stepped Fountain. I have heard that on the 35, the single step & twin step run the same speed.
They are both great boats, good luck.
