Thumbs up Re: Trick Marine...What's in a Name????

I too called up today, was told by James that someone would call me back in 5-10 minutes to take my order,( I'm thinking yea sure, this Fred guy has gotten too big for his britches, who will call me) about 6 minutes later I get a call from Fred, I could tell he was very busy, phones ringing in the background, someone asking him questions, but the whole time I was talking to him he never tried to rush me,my order was not very big but I could tell he was concerned that I get the correct items, a very unstressful buying experience.
It was a pleasure placing my order from you Fred, and I appreciated your input on the gauges I was ordering.

Thanks,
Caleb

From what I've seen, you are getting plenty of parts in red labeled boxes.

So if you get put "on hold" do you hear music, or a recording of the Burger King menu.....

Fred is the best thing to happen to aftermarket parts since, well aftermarket parts. Rock on Fred.
