Default Electric Brake Controllers- Is there a difference????

I need to get an electric brake controller this weekend for my new truck. In my Suburban I have a Tekonsha Voyager and it works fine. I've been looking and it seems that there are now ones out that have a digital readout on the face and look a little more "advanced" that the other generic stuff. Any useful advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Craig

Hey Craig.
I just put a Tekonsha Prodigy on my dually and it seems to work just fine. I have`nt used it very much though but it seems to be a nice unit.

Every single place I have seen this discussed, the Tekonsha Prodigy comes out on top.

check out brakesmart . No gain to fool with at different speeds ect. Doc buddy of mine (yes, the one who had his oil changed for the first time @ 9978 miles ) pulls a 30 something 5'er. Says it is T!TS. put it in ...never touch it, no gain, no BS. Always the correct proportion of trailer braking.
