Hey OSOers, we are headed to WPB for a concert July 16 and 16th. We are thing about staying at sailfish marina and trailering boat over. The slip is $40 a night but the bigger issue is no trailer parking. So I am thinking for the limited amount of time we will have to boat maybe I rent a boat for a 1/2 day or a whole day, just to explorer a bit and got peanut island etc. Any other suggestions for places to stay or place to rent boats? The sailfish marina rents them for $250 a day...that seems high but maybe the rates are different over there as compared to here on the west coast. Me and my wife lived in Jupiter for a abit but that was like 10 yrs ago so I am sure lots has changed.

there is a launch with parking right on Singer Island by the bridge. We stay at Palm beach shores 3 blocks from the Marina

you go north on dixie hwy to blue heron and go right over the bridge the launch is right there leave your trailer there and take the boat to sailfish is a good party spot the bar gets packed in the eve and there are a few other cool bars that you can tie up at along the intercoastal. have fun
