Floating Reporter-3/13/05-

The weather was unbelievable. Probably 75 degrees and sunny! Saw some cool Cigs out there. "Expresscat39" was one of them. Ran by Shooters but didn't see any OSO'ers parked so we decided to move on just because parking there is a big hassle and not to mention the big boats block the view

. Here are the pics.

Got an e-mail from him saying he couldn't get down there due to the fact they weren't letting tractor trailers out of OC because of high wind gusts.
